Owner
Josh is a part owner and President of Winchester Metals, Inc in Winchester, VA. After college Josh worked in the banking industry before joining his family's steel processing and fabrication business. Josh implemented wellness programs in the business which lead to him wanting to help other businesses do the same thing. Josh has competed in natural bodybuilding competitions, studied martial arts and enjoys time with his wife and 2 children.
David Kent
Owner
David operates Signet Marketing, Inc in Winchester, VA along with his parents, brother and an amazing team. David served in the US Marine Corps for 4 years and then went to college and grad school before joining the business. He has a passion for LEAN practices and implements them daily in his work. David has run marathons, ultra races, and now keeps active on his homestead operation with his wife and 4 young children raising chickens, hogs, and soon sheep and cattle.
