Fox Urban Farms
Ann and John Fox of Fox Urban Farms joined us today to share their new hydroponic produce growing operation located in Winchester, VA. With a background in convenience stores and food service, the Fox's were suited for this next venture and found urban agriculture to be their next business. After spending time finding a location, checking local regulations, getting the infrastructure going, they planted the first seeds in Dec 2022!! They sell anything from micro greens to edible flowers, herbs, and even other local products such as free range eggs. Please enjoy the episode and share!!
