Josh is a part owner and President of Winchester Metals, Inc in Winchester, VA. After college Josh worked in the banking industry before joining his family's steel processing and fabrication business. Josh implemented wellness programs in the business which lead to him wanting to help other businesses do the same thing. Josh has competed in natural bodybuilding competitions, studied martial arts and enjoys time with his wife and 2 children and playing bluegrass music.
